Skyline Commercial REIT enters Woodstock, ON

[Guelph, ON – March 31, 2022]

On March 31, 2022, Skyline Commercial REIT purchased a multi-tenant industrial property at 454 & 468 Innovation Way, Woodstock, ON.

The property comprises 200,060 square feet of industrial space on 12.2 acres. The facilities were built in 2019 and 2020, offer clear heights of 28’, and are 100% leased.

“This transaction is representative of Skyline Commercial REIT’s strategy to acquire optimally-located, modern industrial assets,” said Michael Mackenzie, President, Skyline Commercial REIT.

“The property’s proximity to Highways 401 and 403 aligns with our focus on facilities that serve the needs of businesses operating within the warehousing, distribution, and logistics sector. The REIT’s management will continue to identify opportunities for the REIT that can be accretive to unit value such as strategic acquisitions and developments.”
