On Wednesday, November 1st, 2017, Skyline Commercial REIT purchased its first property in the town of Whitby, ON. The industrial property at 1655 Tricont Avenue was purchased for $9.3M, and comprises 83,511 square feet of commercial space. Post-acquisition, Skyline Commercial REIT has 90 properties in 34 cities across ON, QC, SK and AB, with more than 5.6M square feet of commercial space.
