On September 7th, 2016, Skyline Commercial REIT purchased its fourth property in the city of Brampton, ON. 175 Nuggett Court, an industrial property, was purchased for $9.1 million, and has 54,184 square feet of commercial space.

Post-acquisition, Skyline Commercial REIT comprises 71 properties in 20 ON and QC cities, with more than 4.9 million square feet of commercial space.
