Skyline Commercial REIT participates in the development of new industrial properties purpose-built to serve the evolving needs of tenants amid the changing light industrial real estate landscape.
We seek opportunities in underserved major markets to meet the ever-increasing demand for larger logistics and warehousing facilities. These spaces allow tenants to more efficiently perform storage, distribution, and last-mile services for e-commerce enterprises.
Through our new development partnerships, we aim to deliver new industrial Class A assets that fulfill tenant requirements and surface value for Skyline Commercial REIT investors.
New Development Projects
Rocky View County, AB
261085 High Plains Boulevard
This industrial project brings 150,000 SF of purpose-built industrial space to north Calgary, AB. Located within the High Plains Industrial Park, this development is a Joint Venture project between Skyline Commercial REIT and Highfield Investment Group Inc. Construction began in June 2020 and was overseen by SkyDev. The development was completed in February 2021.
151 Avenue Reverchon
This industrial project will bring over 325,000 SF of purpose-built logistical space to the Pointe-Claire suburb of Montreal. The development is located on a 670,000 SF lot and is being developed in partnership between Skyline Commercial REIT and Rosefellow. Construction is slated to begin in July 2022 and will be overseen by SkyDev.
11215 Boulevard Metropolitain Est
This two-building industrial project will bring over 250,000 SF of purpose-built logistical space to the Montreal-Est suburb of Montreal. The development is located on a 515,000 SF lot and is being developed in partnership between Skyline Commercial REIT and Rosefellow. Construction began in April 2021 and will be overseen by SkyDev.
6000 Trans-Canada Highway
This industrial project will bring over 270,000 SF of purpose-built logistical space to the Pointe-Claire suburb of Montreal. This development is owned by RF Limited Partnership I, a joint partnership among Skyline Commercial REIT, Rosefellow, and FIT Ventures. Construction is slated to begin in Spring 2023 and will be overseen by SkyDev. Skyline Commercial REIT aims to acquire all partner interests upon completion of the development.

Skyline commercial Management is a commercial real estate property management firm based in Guelph, ON, and part of Skyline Group of Companies. It facilitates the daily operation and maintenance of all properties owned by Skyline Commercial REIT. Skyline Commercial Management aims to undertake all property management services for Skyline Commercial REIT’s new development projects.
SkyDev is a real estate development and construction oversight firm based in Guelph, ON, and part of Skyline Group of Companies. It aims to deliver modern, purpose-built, and sustainable spaces to live, work, and shop across Canada. SkyDev oversees the construction for Skyline Commercial REIT’s new development projects.
