On July 9, 2018, Skyline Commercial REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of commercial properties across Canada, purchased a property at 50 Washburn Drive, Kitchener, ON.

The industrial property comprises 71,090 square feet of commercial space.

Introduced in 2012, Skyline Commercial REIT is fully managed and operated by Skyline Group of Companies, a Guelph, ON-based real estate acquisition, management, and investment firm.
