Skyline Commercial REIT Purchases 4th Windsor, ON Property

On Tuesday, December 15th, 2015, Skyline Commercial REIT purchased its fourth property in the city of Windsor, ON.

The industrial property at 599 Sprucewood Drive was purchased for $7.45 million and consists of 145,274 square feet of commercial space. Post-acquisition, Skyline Commercial REIT comprises 76 properties in 20 cities across Ontario and Quebec, with nearly 5 million square feet of commercial space.
