Mike Bonneveld is the Vice President of Skyline Asset Management Incorporated (“SAMI”). He leads the Skyline Acquisitions Team, and is responsible for sourcing all new acquisitions and dispositions, property due diligence, and closing investment transactions for both Skyline Apartment REIT and Skyline Commercial REIT.

Mike has over 18 years of real estate experience. He has worked with a number of Canadian investment banks in the field of real estate corporate finance, as well as public real estate companies running acquisitions. He is focused on the continued growth and expansion of the REITs’ real estate portfolios throughout both their existing communities and quality acquisitions.

Mike holds an Honours BA in Urban Development from the University of Western Ontario, and is a registered Real Estate Agent in Ontario.
